Hello World!

I’m Lucas. I’m a “junior” studying “econCS” in “Dunster House”.

In reality, I’m a community organizer interested in AGI who runs harvard.co

And in theory, we are 90 seconds until midnight, a couple weeks until the 2024 Presidential Election, and 2 years from AGI.

I was born in Germany, grew up in NY, and went and left Harvard to cofound DAOHQ, the world's first DAO marketplace. I exited it last year. Over Spring 2023, I worked at a16z’s CSS incubator on Plurigrid.xyz; A16Z led a $40m into gensyn.ai, which was working on the same idea/vertical. Over the summer, I helped found https://cerebralvalley.ai and run hackathons with OpenAI, Anthropic, and Hugging Face.

In my junior year, I took 20 courses, and I have worked on over 20 research projects for research partners like Stanford GSB Venture Capital Initiative, McKinsey, and Steve Ballmer's USAFacts. I also organized a campus-wide datathon with the metaLAB and supported by the Harvard Data Science Initiative (making me one of the youngest researchers at Harvard many times).

Over the summer of 2020, I founded Erevna, which hosts research projects and hackathons for over ten thousand students. Fall 2021, I worked with the Census Bureau, the metaLAB @ Harvard, and Opportunity Insights, where I helped write a paper covered on the front page of the New York Times and other newspapers. One initiative (of a dozen that I helped found) under Erevna, Policython.org, resulted in the creation of hundreds of policy briefs, including research that reallocated $20b+ in federal funding (the second stimulus check).

In my free time, I like reading, playing board games, meeting new people, trying new things, and running -thon events. I’m passionate about building platforms to help people find their people. Community Organizing

I organize dropout.club, CerebralValley.ai, and harvardentrepreneurs.com

I was the president of TEDxHarvardCollege and the Harvard Undergraduate Machine Learning Group, and I served on the FAS Commission on Inquiry. I used to help lead at Active Minds, the Undergraduate Council, Harvard Economic Review, and a few other non-profits/clubs.

Previously, I founded 12 Non-profit Organizations and 3 startups
